Project Overview

I arrived in Dave's group in October 2007 from Paris, where I carried out my first degree at Paris 5 university. My project is fully funded by Quest/ICI and targets the synthesis and development of commercially viable thickeners for a range of different solvent media. I use a combination of organic synthesis, polymer chemistry and physical chemistry methodology to monitor viscosity modification.
