Project Overview

Jonathan (M.Chem – York) began the synthesis of novel fluorescent sensors for anionic guests. These receptors, based on a naphthalene fluorophore functionalised with peptidic groups were further developed by Reetta Salakari. A publication describing some of the results from this project is in preparation.
