I am an atmospheric chemist interested in the long-term evolution of the composition of the Earth's atmosphere. I'm currently a postdoc in the atmospheric chemistry group at the University of York in the UK where I am studying how surface ozone (a potent air pollutant) has varied over the past decades and how well Earth System Models reproduce these long-term trends.

In my doctoral work, I used the GEOS-Chem global chemical transport model and box models to aid in the interpretation ice core measurements of the oxygen isotopes of sulfate and nitrate to learn about paleo (past) atmospheric chemistry.
