Mr Tariq Alhuwaymel

Research Interests

Tariq Alhuwaymel joined the Quantum Nanoelectronics group as a PhD student in November 2010. He received his MSc in Nanoelectronics & Nanomechanics from University of Sheffield in 2010. His project was Solvent Vapour Control for Solar Cell Fabrication.

His present research interest is to measure directly the polarisation and spin density of states, and to develop half-metallic Heusler alloy at room temperature by using MBE and sputtering systems under the supervision of Dr Hirohata.

Societies
