22. Transparency
As much as possible the collaboration should be as close as possible to
face to face collaboration. Misunderstanding the actions of others due to
the problems or distractions introduced by the system.
Example(s): Large, high-resolution displays. Support for participant's perception
of others direction of gaze. Allowing simultaneous speech, but allowing
for typical human-human responses - restarts and ways to avoid - timing,
gaze.
