Experiment 1

1-way between-subjects Analysis of Variance
Tukey's HSD

In a study of stress in the nursing profession, urine samples are obtained from twenty nurses from each of four types of ward: intensive care units, general surgical, pediatric and long term geriatric. Stress levels are expected to differ according to ward type. Stress is assessed by measuring the concentration of cortisol in the urine, giving a score in milligrams per millilitre.
