Blender's future as a free software is currently under discussion. The independent non-profit organization Blender Foundation is trying to obtain a license from the owner of Blender, NaN Holding BV, to continue Blender development by publishing and maintaining the sources and making it 'free software' or 'open source' forever. In the meanwhile, Blender is still available for downloading from certain sites.
To download the .blend file of the model and its textures right-click on the links, choose 'Save as' and save it in your C drive.
The model's textures need to be unzipped in the same area as the Blender file. When you load the model, you'll notice that the textures do not appear. That's because Blender by default has kept all the directory paths of the file. So in order to see the textures, in the place that the address of the image is displayed, erase the relative path before the image's file name.
