COST 2103: 4th Advanced Voice Function Workshop

The 4th COST 2103 Advanced Voice Function Workshop takes place from the morning of Wednesday 19th May 2010 and it ends at lunchtime on Thursday 20th May 2010. The conference takes place in the Merchant Taylor's Hally in York <click here for location>.
From lunchtime on Thursday 20th May 2010 until the afternoon of Friday 21st May 2010 there follows the internal meetings of COST 2103 which are open only to COST members.

Getting to York is quite straightforward as it is served by excellent train connections to London Heathrow, London Gatwick, london Stansted (approximately 2 hours by train) and Manchester airport (approximately 1.75 hours by train) from where one can fly anywhere in the world. It is also possible to fly into Leeds/Bradford airpost (approximately a 40 minute taxi ride to York) or Durham Tees Valley airport - used to be known as Teesside airport - which is approximately a 15 minute taxi ride (or free bus shuttle with your boarding card) to Darlington Station and then approximately 25 minutes by train to York.

York railway station is within 15 minutes walking from York Minster. There are many taxi companies operating in York.
