Welcome Michael Lones

Welcome to my website. I am a Lecturer and senior researcher in the Intelligent Systems research group, Department of Electronics, University of York and the York Centre for Complex Systems Analysis. My research is concerned with understanding complexity in biological systems, particularly how this understanding can motivate the design of computational systems, and conversely how computational systems can be used to understand biological complexity.
