About Me... Michael Lones

I am a Research Fellow in the Intelligent Systems research group, Department of Electronics, University of York and the York Centre for Complex Systems Analysis. For details of research projects I am involved with, please see this page. You can also find a brief biography at my staff page.

My research interests include evolutionary computation, non-standard computing, dynamical systems, evolvability, systems biology, bioinformatics, and biomedicine. If you wish to know more about my work in these areas, or are interesting in collaborating, please don't hesitate to contact me.

When I'm not doing research, my interests include photography, jazz, real ale, travel, languages, cats and geese.
