There are vertical bars with bases 80 to 100, 100 to 120, 120 to 140, 140 to 160, 160 to 180, 180 to 200, and 200 to 260. The last bar is much wider than the others. The heights of the bars are 2, 16, 36, 29, 5, 2, and 0.67.

The last bar is only one third of the height of the last bar in Figure 7.
