This is a scatter diagram.
The horizontal axis shows mid upper arm circumference in centimetres and is numbered 15, 20, 25, 30, 35. The vertical axis shows abdominal circumference in centimetres and is numbered 40, 60, 80, 100, 120.
There is a fairly strong relationhsip about a straight line from mid upper arm circumference = 16, abdominal circumference = 55, to mid upper arm circumference = 34, abdominal circumference = 102. The cloud of points lies between abdominal circumference = 50 and 65 when mid upper arm circumference = 17, to between abdominal circumference = 90 and 105 when mid upper arm circumference = 34.
