There are two columns of points showing similar spread. The column for the Formula 1 group starts at glucose = 2.8 and finishes at glucose = 6, with one outlying point at glucose = 1.2. The column for the Formula 2 group starts at glucose = 2.8 and finishes at glucose = 5, with one outlying point at glucose = 6.8. Apart from the outliers, the columns are similar.

In each group, the majority of the points are clustered together near the centre.
