Dr. Mauro Bambi

Lecturer

 

I am a lecturer in Macroeconomic Theory at the Department of Economics and Related Studies of the University of York.

 

I earned a PhD in economics from the European University Institute (Italy), and then held a Post Doctorate position in macroeconomics at the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and later a lecturer position at the Center of Economic Research  at ETH Zurich (Switzerland). In 2006, I received the Graduate Student Prize for the Best Paper, presenting the article “Endogenous growth and time to build: the AK case” (JEDC 2008) at the annual meeting of the Society of Computational Economics. My doctorate thesis has been also awarded with the Graduate Prize for the Best PhD Thesis from the Italian Association of Mathematics Applied to Economics and Social Sciences.
