I am rectifying some oblique aerial photographs of a site in the Yorkshire Wolds under the supervision of English Heritage. I have completed the rectification of 4 photographs and am now moving onto digitizing the visible archaeology in the form of crop marks. I have also taken some survey points using gps equipment and will be participating in a geophysical survey along with the feild archaeologists at York.

This Website
I will be working on this website throughout my tenure at the University of York. Most of the work will be on layout and functionality of the site. I am hoping to be able to update the pic's and paper's section often as my work and experiences here in York change.
This is one of the class projects for the first term. The assignment is to identify and evaluate various internet resources and present them in a professional manner. In addition we have to classify the sites according to an existing system or one developed by ourselves and create a metadata record for each one.
E-publication Essay
This assignment requires us to author an essay on the subject of: 'What opportunities does electronic publication offer to Archaeology? What are the potential problems? Discuss with reference to specific media and examples.' I have already completed (minus some required revisions) the actual essay and now will be converting it into an electronic publication to be turned in for assessment.
