Hi! Good that the book arrived.... As for the instructions -- well, there aren'
t really any. I need 3 double-spaced copies. Anything else in the format can be
 easily copy-edited by me. So, you put the title of the book up the top there,
and then right below that, justified to the right margin, Reviewed by Richard O
gden. Then you write the review, then you put your address, justified to the le
ft margin. That's all. If you have bibliography, it goes after that. If you hav
e notes, they should be "endnotes", not "footnotes", and they go between your a
ddress and the bibliography. But the only truly important thing is that it be d
ouble-spaced -- the typesetter won't take it any other way, and it's the one th
ing I can't change here. And eventually you'll need my snail mail address, whic
h is Office of the Dean, Faculty of Arts, York U, 4700 Keele St, North York, On
tario M3J 1P3. If you have other questions, I can of course attempt to answer t
