Arrival and Registration

If staying in University accommodation, your room key will be issued from Alcuin Porters' Lodge, which can be located using this map. A porter is on duty 24 hours a day, so you will be able to collect your room key even if you arrive late at night.

Should you be arriving on the Saturday, breakfast on Sunday morning will be served 8:00 - 9:00am in "Quarks Restaurant".

Registration will take place in Alcuin Porters lodge 3:00 - 6:00pm on Sunday 25 March and then 8:30 - 9:00am on Monday 26 March in the conference meeting room A/EW/003. There will be signs to direct you between the bus stop, Alcuin Porters' Lodge and the meeting room.
