How to participate in the 3rd IAEA Technical Meeting on the Theory of Plasma Instabilties

Checklist

1. Submit through your appropriate national authority (Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Authority) for onward submission to the IAEA Scientific Secretary:
   
   1. IAEA Participation Form A
   2. Abstract (prepared according to the guidelines)
   3. IAEA Author Form B
   4. You may apply to the IAEA for financial support. Please see the IAEA participation info for more details.
2. Submit directly to the IAEA Scientific Secretary, to arrive between 15 November and 17 December 2006:
   1. IAEA Author Form B
   2. Abstract (prepared according to the guidelines)
3. Complete the Local Registration process between 15 November and 17 December 2006.
4. From three working days before the meeting, authors of selected oral and invited presentations are asked to send electronic copies of their presentation materials to Local Organiser Roddy Vann to allow for timely preparation of the projection facilities.
5. On arrival at the meeting, provide an electronic copy of your manuscript (prepared according to these guidelines) for the IAEA.

Important Dates and Deadlines

• 15 November 2006: Registration and abstract submission begins.
• 17 December 2006: Deadline for registration.
• 17 December 2006: Deadline for submission of abstracts to the IAEA
• 17 December 2006: Request to the IAEA for financial support
• 17 December 2006: Registration forms must have reached the Local Organising Committee.
• 25 January 2007: The International Advisory Committee will inform Participants of the acceptance of their papers
• 10 February 2007: IAEA grant awards selection
• 21 March 2007: Authors of presentations for oral or invited talks are asked to send electronic copies of their presentation materials to Local Organiser Roddy Vann to allow for timely preparation of the projection facilities.
• 26 March 2007 Meeting begins (bring an electronic word file of your paper for the IAEA)
