Oral presentations (both contributed & invited)

Please send all computer files relating to oral presentations BEFORE the meeting by email to phys36@york.ac.uk.

Oral contributions MUST be in either PowerPoint or PDF; if you have already prepared your talk in Postscript or OpenOffice you should convert it to PDF. If you wish to use an overhead projector and transparencies rather than an electronic format, please let us know by email.

Once you have emailed the presentation to us, and we have checked that it is compatible with the PC in the conference room, we will send a confirmation email to you. If you subsequently modify your presentation, please provide it at registration on either a USB memory stick or CDROM. If any files are too large to email, please provide them at registration, sending an email to the above address to say that this is what you intend to do.

Poster Presentations

The poster boards are 122cm (wide) by 213 cm (high). The poster session will run 13:30 - 15:30 on Monday (as per the published programme).
