Registration is now invited for the EXCAM Workshop.  Please complete the
registration form below and e-mail it to Rex Godby (rwg3@york.ac.uk).  Please
give copies of this e-mail to everyone in your group who wishes to attend.
Confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

There will be enough room for at least 4 people from each team.  At this stage
each team may assume that its first 4 applicants are accepted.  These 4 places
will be held until 8 August, and may be reassigned to other teams after that
date if 4 applications have not been received.  If teams are able to tell me
before then that they do not need all 4 places, I would appreciate it.
Applications will be accepted from those who are not members of EXCAM teams.

Those attending the 3-day CECAM workshop "Excited Electrons in Molecules, Solids
and Atoms" from 8-10 September are encouraged to present a second paper at the
EXCAM workshop, focusing more on topics related to the EXCAM collaborations.

As previously notified, accommodation is the responsibility of the participant.
Advice is available at http://www.cecam.fr/. Some rooms may be available in the
Ecole Normale Superieure: these may be booked through the CECAM administrator -
see web page.

There may be a small fee of up to FF50 which will be collected in cash at the
workshop.  This is to cover minor refreshments and incidential expenses which
are not covered by the balance remaining from the 1996 workshop.  Meals are
available but must be paid for by the participants.  No financial support is
available this year.

The organisers may publish the information given in this form on the workshop's
web pages unless otherwise requested.

I look forward to seeing you and members of your group in Lyon.  I hope we can
set up some useful collaborative projects, despite not having the advantage of
EU funding.
