Training
Most of our training sessions are open to everyone, so feel free to come along and bring friends, even if you have never played Ultimate before. Sometimes, in the run up to a tournament, a training session will be reserved for the teams attending, so check the current news first.
- Tuesday 7:30 : Women's @ Sports Centre Tent
- Wednesday 1:30 : Outdoors @ 22 Acres (near Halifax)
- Thursday 6:30 : Fitness@ Running track (near the sports centre)
- Friday 7:30-8 : Elite training (Invite only) Indoors @ Sports Centre Tent
- Friday 8:00-9.30 Open to all Indoors @ Sports Centre Tent
- Saturday 10am : Pick-Up Game @ 22 Acres (near Halifax)
- Sunday 7:30 : Funday (lots of games) Indoors @ Sports Centre Tent
