Major investments from the university and the Yorkshire Forward

The university and the Yorkshire Forward have recently invested £3.5M to set up a York NanoCenter, which is run jointly between Electronics and Physics. Spintronics is the major theme of the center.

WUN Grand Challenge project on Spintronics
