Review
A few decades in the future, cloning pets is commonplace, but
cloning humans is illegal under the "6th Day" laws.

But
just because something is illegal doesn't mean people don't do it. So
when ordinary joe Adam Gibson [Arnold Schwarzenegger] isn't in the
wrong place at the wrong time, he gets accidentally cloned in a
botched cover-up. The rest of the film is one long chase as he tries
to get his stolen life back, and tries to stop being killed by the
people who want to cover up the cover-up.
Good mindless fun and violence. There's even an explanation for how a clone can be made fully grown with the original's memories -- it's not a good explanation (requiring the optic nerve to have a rather implausibly large bandwidth, amongst other implausibilities), but at least the writers realised there is a problem to be solved.
