19. Integrated

We 're working on a project, using a simple, transparent tool that is appropriate for the current task. I get an idea and want to look up something using another tool. If our groupware tools aren't integrated, we have to stop and recoordinate ourselves in the new workspace or tool. If they are, we can switch to a different simple, transparent tool without losing context or connection. This addresses the issue of simplicity versus functionality.
