30a. Four C s of non-real time contribution - Clearly seen, Credited,
Comfortable, Confidential.
Group work is about contributions. If not clearly seen, contributions
can be missed, if not credited, it may not be taken seriously. The contributor
receives no credit for their work. If not comfortable, the contributor will
be timid in the work they are willing to contribute. If not confidential,
the contributor may not be honest with their contributions.
Example(s): revision marking for clearly seeing contributions. Editor tagging
for crediting contributions, versioning (automatically for comfort that
contributors are non-destructive). Access [control] to ensure confidentiality
of contributors.
