41. Affordance of record keeping

Shared environment should allow some sort of record of process / results. Make a screen grab or series, video record of communal screen / audio input. This makes project managers very happy (big CYA support), client/manager happy (are you addressing the client's latest problem? status?) team is happy ( I was heard, my issue is recorded)

Example(s): Video conference, softboard, electronic whiteboard, combination of shared screen (PC anywhere), and record feature.
