One of the basic criteria must be that the tool is suitable for the group that should use it. Of course there is a lot to gain by using groupware in today's work practice but just see how long it has taken to have a wide spread use of interest.

Example(s): Putting groupware in practice that by tradition already works distributed and try to study their demands.
