52. Connected

To have groupware effective all parties need to be connected. Not only do individuals need to be connected, but all devices they may want to use or need connection. As the world becomes connected, we then can communicate without concern for the technology.

Example(s): Networks, NEST, groupwise, telephony, NDS are a few I'm familiar with. I'm sure there are more, and improvements will continue to be needed.
