Shielding effectiveness of a enclosure

The shielding effectiveness (SE) of an enclosure is the ratio of the incident field to the internal field at some point in the enclosure. The value calculated here is a fast approximate solution as described in our 1998 IEEE EMC Transactions paper: "Analytical formulation for the shielding effectiveness of enclosures with apertures".
