This is a scatter diagram, showing mean F E V for the subject on the horizontal axis and the absolute difference between the pair of F E V measurements on the vertical axis. There is no sign of a relationship. There are two outliers, roughly at mean 1.2 and absolute differnce 0.85 and at mean 1.4 and absolute differnce 0.65 litres.
