Question 4: What is the evidence for their conclusion that 'Forehead temperature in excess of 35.6°C is suggestive of fever.'?

Suggested answer:

They are outside the normal range, but could still be normal. 2.5% of normal people are above this limit. So this conclusion is not supported by the data.
