The Normal plot shows Inverse Normal on the horizontal axis and Glucose on the vertical axis. The Inverse Normal scale is 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The Glucose scale is 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
There is a line from Inverse Normal = 2.4, Glucose = 2.4, to Inverse Normal = 5.6, Glucose = 5.6.
There are 20 points scattered about the line. At the low end they are just above the line, then just below the line, but very close, except the last point, which is at Inverse Normal = 5.6, Glucose = 6.8.
