Question 5: Why is the value of 'r' wrong on the diagram?

Suggested answer

Mean serum potasium tends to be smaller when the temperature is higher, so r should be negative.

Judging from the strength of the relationship on the scatter diagram, r = -0.3 looks quite plausible.
