This is a graph with two panels.
The first panel shows a histogram of residual standard deviation with a superimposed Normal curve. The distribution is slightly skew to the right and appears to have longer tails than the Normal curve.
The second panel shows a Normal quantile plot of residual standard deviation. The points form a curve which first becomes steeper, then less steep, then steeper again.
