Graph description: Figure 6. Log transformed PSA by prostate diagnosis

A scatter plot of log 10 PSA against three diagnostic groups: benign, prostatitis, and cancer. Log 10 PSA appears to increase slightly from benign to prostatitis, benign also having more variation than prostatitis. It increases dramatically for cancer. The median of the cancer group is close to the maximum for prostatitis. There are no obvious outliers for cancer or prostatitis, but there is a low value slight outlier in the benign group.
