This little booklet accompanies the Witchery walking tour of Edinburgh, where the "ghost" of Adam Lyal recounts some of the gruesome events that took place there. More details of the stories, and further tales of horror, are given within. It is certainly enough to dispel any romantic images of a past "Golden Age", and to make one very grateful one did not live in those dreadful days.
