Court Dale

Court Dale is at the eastern end of a series of dales west of Raisthorpe Manor: Court Dale, Honey Dale, Back Dale and Vessey Pasture Dale. Honey Dale and Back Dale were not shown on the Provisional map. They were removed as a result of misinterpretation of aerial photographs by surveyors of Binney, Black and Veatch (Subcontractors of the Countryside Agency) and no site visit was carried out and evidence submitted by the RA was not considered. These sites may be reconsidered in the Decadal Review.
