Well Dale

Well Dale is at the top of the complex of valleys running north from Warter known as the Golden Valley. There are several open access sites in the complex, including: Keasey, Thorn, Blakes, Minning and Scoar Dale. Well Dale is the only site that has a means of access from a public right of way, in this case, the Minster Way, which crosses the northern rim of the dale.
