Exercise: forehead temperature, answer 3

Question 3: In what sense are people with forehead temperature higher than 35.6°C statistically abnormal?

Suggested answer:

They are above the upper limit of the 95% normal range. This means that we estimate their forehead temperature to be in the top 2.5% of apparently healthy people.
