On the vertical axis is capillary density (capillaries per mm2) and the horizontal axis shows patient group, 'controls' and 'ulcers'. Two vertical columns of points are shown, slighty jittered to avoid overlapping points. The spread of the two columns is similar, the 'ulcer' group tending to be lower than the 'control' group.

Next to each column of points is a verical line, bisected by a diamond point symbol.
