The University of York will be holding its second Celebration of Achievement and Graduation Ceremony in Beijing on 17 April 2010. This is a wonderful opportunity for University graduates from the Asia Pacific area, and their families, to celebrate their graduation from the University of York.
The University of York is one of the world's top 100 universities. It is research-intensive, which means that students are taught by leading experts in their field. The University has enjoyed huge success despite being a young university. It has enjoyed rapid growth, top rankings in national teaching and research assessments, and high student satisfaction ratings. It is also increasing its knowledge exchange activities, with strong growth in encouraging spin-out companies and supporting enterprise.
York has excellent links with a number of Chinese universities, especially our partners in the Worldwide Universities Network, Nanjing University and Zhejiang University.
