Use the links to the right for maps of York and the campus.

York station to campus

From the railway station, the purple bendy bus No 4 (direction: University; every 10 minutes) brings you in about 15 minutes to the campus. Get off at the bridge over the road.

From the bus station at the bridge, head down for the lake as shown here:

If you take a taxi from the city center, travel times tend to be a bit shorter but not much. Tell the driver that you want to go to James (formerly Goodricke) College on campus, and you should be dropped at the purple dot on the image below.

Mathematics Department

The Department of Mathematics is located in James College, a building which is not simply connected as you can tell from its turquoise outline.

The red arrow on the image below indicates the main entrance of Goodricke College.

How to find my office

My office is located on the first floor of James College, in room G/N/137 - easy to find since it is close to the top of the stairs at the main entrance of the building.
