Review

The series is keeping up its high level of continuity, building on past seasons and previous episodes -- there are now very few mere "planet of the week" episodes. This allows a sense of progression and achievement -- problems are solved -- without detracting from the tension -- new, bigger problems take their place. Yet there is still place for the occasional humorous episode: Wormhole X-Treme (the 100th episode) being a highlight. So, still worth watching. (And it will be interesting to see how the series survives the loss of one of the main characters.)
