Question 2: What would you guess the correlation coefficient to be for this graph?

Suggested answer

There is clearly a relationship, which is moderately close. We might guess that r lies somewhere bettwen 0.6 and 0.8. In fact, r = 0.66.

The relationship is highly significant, P < 0.0001.
