Exercise: Height from the 2005 questionnaire

In this exercise we shall look at the height data from the 2005 M.Sc. questionnaire.
Respondents were asked to give their height either in feet and inches or in centimetres
and these were converted to centimetres for analysis.

The following graph shows the distribution of the heights of 106 female respondents:
