Wedding Reception
After the wedding at Craigmar, we shall all head (transport will be provided!) to the Craven Arms in Appletreewick, a few miles from the wedding venue. Here we shall have a wedding breakfast in the lovely Cruck Barn, a fantastic authentic barn built in a traditional style from oak trusswork, lime and horsehair plaster, local stonework and a heather thatched roof.
The Craven Arms is a very traditional 16th Century inn right in the heart of Wharfedale. It is a true old-fashioned Yorkshire Dales pub, with stone flagged floors, oak beams, gas lighting and most importantly fantastic cask conditioned local ales and great food.
We shall stay in the Cruck Barn for the evenings entertainment, although guests will also be free to experience the pub if they need to escape for a bit of quiet!
