Farscape : Peacekeeper Wars review

2 90 minute episodes

SF elements

living with aliens

So at the end of season 4, we were left with a massive cliffhanger, and the series was pulled. Screams of rage from the fans, and a two-part mini-series resulted, to finish off the tale. And finish it off it does, tying up all the loose ends, and resolving the Scarran/Peacekeeper conflict.

The two feature-length episodes crackle along with the usual snappy dialogue, by turns lunatic, surreal and tragic events, and complicated plot twists of the previous seasons, with only the marvellous title music missing. A fitting end to a superb series. (But it would be interesting to see how that crew will now manage to cope with day after day of peace and normality...)
