Quantum Nanoelectronics group
in the Department of Electronics in June 2015 as a post-doctoral research associate. He received
BA and MSci degrees in Natural Sciences (Physics) in 2007 and a PhD in
Experimental Physics in 2014
from the
University of Cambridge.
His PhD research covers the fabrication and characterisation of metal-semiconductor lateral
spin injection devices, namely Fe/GaAs(001), and the study of structural and magnetic properties
of Fe thin films deposited by molecular beam epitaxy on GaN(0001).
