          An unknown sample will be provided for your characterisation using the following facilities. You will be asked to identify the ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials used in the sample with their structural properties, crystalline structures and thicknesses, and magnetic properties, magnetisation reversal processes, magnetic domains and magnetoresistance.
