Mr Teodor Huminiuc
Research Interests
Teodor Huminiuc joined the
Quantum
Nanoelectronics group as a PhD student in September 2013. He received his BSc in Physics
in Romani in 2010.
His present research interest is the development of an antiferromagnetic Heusler alloy
film. He is currently funded by the
EU-FP7
and the
JST as part of a joint
EU-Japan co-operative program, in collaboration with
Tohoku
University and
KEK.
Under the supervision of Dr Hirohata and Prof O'Grady, he will develop a Heusler alloy
replacement for IrMn to achieve antiferromagnetism at room temperature.
Societies
An associate member of the Institute of Physics (IoP).
A student member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE).
